Each book includes 13 English Language Arts lessons and 10 Social Studies lessons.  There is also a quiz and a test with answer keys included.  Some of the lesson activities include: Research projects and rubrics, compare & contrast, KWL chart, double bubble maps, multi-flow maps, blank vocabulary list, filled vocabulary list, turning point, concensus map, word wall, T-chart, think-pair-share and the Depth of Knowledge (DOK) covered throughout the book.
